Are pets allowed at Westpark?
Up to 2 domestic pets are permitted per unit at Westpark. It’s important that any pets at Westpark are properly cared for, and do not create any nuisance or disturbance for neighbors. Cats should not be permitted to roam the complex. Dogs must be kept on-leash at all times in the complex common areas, and owners must clean up after their dogs. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in fines being imposed.
What are the parking rules at Westpark?
Please refer to the PARKING section of this website for the complete parking rules.
May I make modifications to my unit?
Interior modifications that do not affect the structure or exterior building envelope may be made without HOA input, notification or approval, but must always comply with any and all city codes and regulations. Any modifications to the interior structural elements (e.g. removing or relocating a wall within a unit), or the unit exterior (e.g. replacing windows or entry doors) must receive written board approval prior to any work commencing. If you are planning to make any modifications please contact the board of directors and Management at admin@executiveamllc.com or call 800-764-0894 well in advance of any planned work which is contingent upon board approval.
How can I get involved in the community?
There are multiple ways to get involved with the Westpark community! The Board of Directors consists of 3 homeowners, and are elected annually. Any resident homeowner in good standing can run for a Director position when the annual elections are held – keep an eye out for the newsletter that calls for candidates each year, or contact Management at 800-764-0894 for more details. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in the Westpark community by joining the Grounds Committee, which provides input and direction to our gardeners as to how we would like our development to be landscaped, or the Social Committee, which provides a forum to plan periodic/seasonal events for the Westpark community; contact Management at 800-764-0894 to inquire about joining either committee!
How can I report a problem related to building exteriors, common grounds, or utilities/infrastructure?
If you notice any non-emergency problem that should be addressed by the HOA, please contact the Management Company at admin@executiveamllc.com, or call 800-764-0894. If you observe an emergency problem that should be addressed urgently (e.g. a leaking water pipe in the complex), please call Management immediately by phone at 800-764-0894.
May I plant shrubs, trees, flowers, etc.?
Homeowners may not plant anything in the common areas outside of their lots without written board approval. Fruiting plants/trees will not be permitted to be planted in common areas, as these can attract rodents and/or create a mess. Homeowners may plant any plantings within their own enclosed yard/patio area, but must take care to ensure there is a minimum of 12 inches of clearance between any plantings and the siding on the homes/garages, and that the plantings do not protrude into any neighboring units’ yards/patios (e.g. if a tree is planted, it should be planted in a location in your own yard so that the branches will never overhang the neighbor’s yard as the tree gets larger).
